Complaints and Disputes Concerning Our Financial Instruments Business
In addition to handling complaints and resolving disputes, Tokyu REIM handles complaints and resolves disputes related to our financial instruments business submitted to the following organization. This organization has been entrusted to handle complaints and mediate the resolution of disputes by the Investment Trusts Association, Japan, of which Tokyu REIM is a member, and accepts complaints from customers.
